Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Custom Orders: Custom-designed items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or there was an error in the order processing.
- Time Frame: Return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed uniforms that match the approved design proof.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at seamjersey@gmail.com or call +84961131711 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item(s) if eligible.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Processing Returns and Exchanges
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will process and ship the replacement item(s) once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). If the exchange item(s) are of higher value, the difference in cost will need to be paid before shipping.
Defective or Incorrect Items

Custom Order Adjustments
For custom-designed uniforms, we offer a one-time complimentary adjustment if there is an issue with the fit or design that deviates from the approved proof. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for the adjustment.
